De'Jaye's love for production started in 2012 after experiencing a church Christmas production for the first time. From teaching himself the craft on YouTube to landing an internship at his local church, he went on to spend years contracted across theaters, churches, clubs, and production houses, including time at a historic Opera house-turned-theatre where he helped bring plays, comedies, and live musical acts to life. A brief stint on the road rounded out his experience before he joined the AVL Solutions team. De'Jaye's passion for helping others bring their vision to life aligns perfectly with what AVL does every day—delivering premium production so every event goes off without a hitch. With a father who worked as a musical director, Daniel grew up immersed in live production and developed a passion for the craft early on. From running front-of-house for a Chicago community theater to engineering productions at Bob Jones University—including a full-scale Titanic: The Musical with 56 wireless mics—his experience speaks for itself.
